Preparing to reap what God is giving

Like a farmer preparing to reap the harvest of what they've planted, the church should also prepare for the harvest of souls. Just as a farmer readies their equipment, the church must gather and organize the necessary tools: lesson books, craft materials, and carefully prepared lessons for different groups.**

However, some churches are discarding or giving away items that will be urgently needed when God declares they are ready for the harvest. This could lead to unpreparedness and the potential loss of people before the church can adequately minister to them.

"The harvest is abundant, but the workers are few. Therefore, pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest." (Matthew 9:37-38, CSB)

"Let us not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don’t give up." (Galatians 6:9, CSB)

It is crucial for the church to remain vigilant and well-prepared, ensuring that we are always ready to serve and nurture those who come seeking guidance and salvation.
