The Quiet Art of Giving
π±πΈ The Quiet Art of Giving πΈπ±
Woven into our very breath,
Compassion stirs, a gift from birth. ππ
In humble hearts, His image thrives,
A spark of love that lights our lives. ✨π
But pride, a stranger not from the start, π
Creeps and clouds the human heart. π«️π
Still, grace prevails where truth is found, π
In acts of love that make no sound. π️π€
True giving whispers; it does not shout, π€«
No need for applause, no shadow of doubt. ππ
For Jesus spoke, "Let not the right hand know, ✋π€
What the left hand gives where kindness flows." π§π
Unlike the Pharisees, loud and grand, π£π
Whose deeds were trumpeted across the land, πΊπ
The Christian soul gives in secret skies, ☁️✨
Where glory to God alone shall rise. ππ
“Do nothing,” Paul writes, “from selfish gain, ❌π️
But count others high, through joy or pain.” π€❤️π₯
This is the call, the sacred creed, π✝️
To sow in silence, to meet the need. πΎπ€²
For what reward can match His grace, π€π
Or the light that fills the giver’s face? ☀️π
No fame, no boast, no fleeting cheer, ππ«
Just love that lingers, pure and clear. π️π
So may we give with hands unseen, ππ
Where the heart stays humble, the soul serene. πΏπ§‘
Reflecting Christ in all we do, ππ️
His love eternal, steady, true. ✨ππ
